Program Outline

The Certified Asset Recovery Specialist® National Certification Program is designed to educate the professional collateral recovery specialist in; Federal Laws and State Statutes effecting the industry, potential liability situations, the collateral recovery process skip tracing, ethics and professional conduct, insurance needs, and provides twenty forms necessary for the business.
